DESCRIPTION: A preacher to the king. Consecrated in Mexico on August 12, 1707 . Implemented parish visitations of religious parish priests. Imprisoned by Governor Bustamante, later became ad interim Governor of the islands after the assassination of Bustamante. Transferred to Nueva España. Died on May 30,1724.
