Bishop Pabillo ushers in Simbang Gabi, blesses the Belen
The simbang gabi at Manila Cathedral-Basilica (MCB) was ushered in by Bishop Broderick Pabillo, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of Manila and Bishop in-charge of the Pastoral and Social Concerns of the Archdiocese of Manila.

MERALCO turns over Belen and other X’mas decors
After two weeks of helping the Manila Cathedral-Basilica (MCB) prepare for Christmas celebration, the MERALCO Manila Sector (MMS) turned over the Belen and Christmas lights decorations it put up for the premier Church of the Archdiocese of Manila.
In thanksgiving for the successful “Campaign of Hope, the Maliwanag ang Pasko” Lighting Ceremony held at the historic MCB last November 4, 2008, the MMS supported Manila Cathedral in installing Christmas lights decoration in its outside premises, in constructing the Belen and in giftgiving on December 16, 2008.
